Bizet’s lush and exotic opera tells the story of two lifelong friends whose bond is tested when they fall in love with the same woman, a beautiful temple priestess sworn to chastity. Set amid the shimmering shores of ancient Ceylon, this tale of friendship, forbidden love, and sacrifice unfolds through some of the most ravishing melodies ever written.

This event is presented in concert format, accompanied by piano. Sung in French. English synopsis will be provided.
